Who we are

This website is operated by Champion Health System ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

What this policy does not cover

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus limited technical information that arrives automatically with your visit.

Information you provide. When you complete the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your telephone number
• The name of your practice or facility
• The type of healthcare property concerned
• The city and state where the property is located
• Whether you own the building, and in what capacity
• The approximate size of the building (optional)
• Any additional notes you choose to add (optional)

Information collected if you schedule a call. If you book a conversation, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, chosen time, and time zone, and adds the appointment to our calendar.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site we may receive your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you viewed, the time of your visit, and the referring website or advertisement. If you arrived from an advertisement, we also receive the campaign identifiers attached to that link.

How we use this information

• To evaluate whether your property may fit our acquisition criteria
• To contact you about your enquiry, by email or telephone
• To schedule and conduct a conversation with you
• To understand which advertisements produce genuine enquiries, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly
• To keep records of enquiries received
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or transfer it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and advertising technologies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us how many people who saw one of our advertisements went on to submit the form or schedule a call. This helps Meta show our advertisements to people more likely to find them relevant, and helps us stop running advertisements that do not work.

The Meta Pixel and our scheduling provider both set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust how Meta uses your information for advertising through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the enquiry form.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common standard for them has been agreed.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate this site, and only to the extent they need it:

• Netlify, Inc. — hosts this website and serves its pages
• Google LLC — stores submitted enquiries and sends us notification emails, through Google Sheets and Google Apps Script; also provides the video meeting service used for scheduled calls
• Calendly LLC — provides the appointment scheduling used on this site
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — receives advertising measurement events, as described above

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, enquiry information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would take reasonable steps to ensure it remained subject to protections consistent with this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, and afterwards for a reasonable period to maintain business records and comply with legal obligations — ordinarily no more than three years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing transaction.

You may ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.

Your choices and your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Write to doctor.ramaraj@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honour these requests regardless of your state of residence.

Security

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with the service providers named above, each of which maintains its own security measures. We restrict access to enquiry information to those who need it to respond to you.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information, and particularly not patient or clinical information, through this site.

Children

This site is directed to healthcare property owners and business professionals. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
