This website is operated by Champion Health System ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site or submitting information through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site provides general information about our interest in acquiring healthcare real estate, and allows owners of such property to make an enquiry. It exists to start a conversation.
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy, and no submission is an offer to sell.
Any transaction would depend on property, financial, tenant, lease, credit and legal due diligence, and would be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by all parties. Until such an agreement is signed, neither you nor we are under any obligation to proceed.
Not professional advice
Information on this site is general in nature and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, valuation, or real estate advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
Every property, practice, and ownership structure is different, and the tax and legal consequences of a sale-leaseback or similar transaction vary considerably between circumstances. No relationship is created
Submitting the enquiry form, exchanging emails, or speaking with us does not create any brokerage, agency, fiduciary, advisory, partnership, joint venture, or professional relationship between you and us. We are a prospective purchaser, not your agent or advisor, and our interests in any transaction may differ from yours.
Information you provide
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorised to provide it. If you are one of several owners of a property, you are responsible for ensuring you may share information about it.
Please do not submit patient information, clinical records, or any protected health information through this site. This site is not designed to receive it, and we do not want it.
Confidentiality
We treat enquiries as confidential and will not publicly disclose that you have contacted us. We do not contact your staff, partners, or referral sources about your enquiry.
This does not amount to a formal non-disclosure agreement. If you wish to share sensitive commercial information, we would ordinarily put a written confidentiality agreement in place first. Please raise it with us before sending anything of that nature.
Scheduling and meetings
Appointments booked through this site are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party. Booking a conversation carries no obligation on either side.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics, and arrangement of this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of this site commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
